Starting a new job or role is both exciting and stressful and a big investment for both parties.
Ensuring a new hire navigates this process well is important for positive impact and long-term retention.
We begin with an assessment of the expectations for the role, cultural values, and team norms, and identify opportunities and/or potential challenges for the new hire to ensure they integrate well, build trust, manage potential stressors, and stay aware of their and other perspectives. We then move to identify similarities and differences between the new hire and their manager and / or direct reports to accelerate the ‘get to know you’ and eliminate potential misunderstandings due to style or perception differences. We also help identify mutual insights and adaptations for effective communication to best support and/or coach each other.
The in-depth assessment interpretation and a 1:1 coaching are conducted by a certified coach in two individual sessions and one group session. Included are several reports to support ongoing leadership development and coaching insights including a one year
bi-weekly conversation starter on important relationship builder topics. You also
receive access to our 12-week online Signature Leadership Development program.
Designed for companies that want to improve team results or bring together
a new team quickly. ACCELERATOR Team is a series of 1.5 to 3 hour workshops
with individual pre-work completed in advance to maximize the time together. Pricing varies depending on the number of people and scope of coaching. This work is reinforced by individual and team leadership development programs
