Well established Carlsbad company is looking for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Sales Order Management Specialist.
Title: Sales Order Management Specialist
Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20 - $24 / Hr. DOE
• Review and execute customer orders timely and accurately
• Customer set-up
• Order entry
• Order tracking
• Confirm inventory availability
• Ensure timely order submittal into Company's tracking system
• Participate in Project and Operations meetings
• Provide direction to order fulfillment team as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience with order processing or fulfillment/shipping
• Strong data entry skills for accurate and timely
• Solid computer skills: Word, Excel, MS Office
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Highly organized with sound time management skills
• Keen attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation skills
• Proactive, out-of-the-box thinker
• Positive attitude conducive to an energetic and upbeat work environment
