Interviewing now for an established online supply company. This is an opportunity to be trained as a Customer Service Reps (CSR) with ongoing growth opportunities. This position is full time position, Mon to Fri office hours, with a starting pay of $12 to $14 an hour, depending on your experience. No previous experience necessary but prior success in a service position is helpful, demonstrating you appreciate being of service to people and working as part of a team.
The role of Customer Service Representative:
• Responsible for answering phone calls
• Research answers or solutions as needed
• Responds to all voice mails
• Maintains customer records by updating account information and leaving notes
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
