Carlsbad company is seeking a Warranty Customer Service coordinator for full-time, M-F office hours. We are looking for a positive, “go that extra mile” service-oriented person that can resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Title: Warranty Customer Service Coordinator
Position: Contract to Hire
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Hourly Wage: $14 - $15/HR
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5
• Identifies defects and processes the warranty claims
• Researches all necessary data for warranty claims
• Handles walk in warranty issues
• Data Entry and maintenance of warranty cards
• Answers main phone line
• Maintains a current warranty manual
• Pack & ship warranty goods when needed
• Orders office supplies
• Great attention to detail
• Customer service oriented with excellent phone skills
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• A self-motivated can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Resolves problems quickly and efficiently
• Positive attitude
• Team player and willingness to help others in the office
Would be great to also have Office 365 and some QuickBooks experience
