Exciting, growing company in the Carlsbad area is looking for an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician to join the team. Do you enjoy working in a hip, laid back environment? This could be the place for you.
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware/software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems and implements solutions.

 

Position: Full Time

Hourly Wage: $20 - $24/Hr DOE

Location: Carlsbad, CA

 

   

 Responsibilities:

 

               • Provide technical support for issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
               • Respond to queries over the phone and in person
               • Write system training manuals
               • Train computer users
               • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
               • Respond to email messages for employees seeking assistance
               • Walk employees through problem solving process
               • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
               • Clean up computers
               • Run diagnostics
               • Resolve technical problems with LAN/WAN and other systems
               • Install peripherals for users
               • Set up phones
               • Miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor
