Our client is a web based online business seeking a friendly, knowledgeable and self-motivated customer service rep to answer calls and emails.
Title: Customer Service Representative
Position: Contract to Hire
Location: Miramar area
Hourly Wage: $15.00/HR
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM & some Saturdays
• Answer inbound tracking & customer service calls
• Handle returns, warranties, damaged, wrong & missing items
• Check on order status
• Customer emails
• Minimum 2 years+ customer service or sales experience
• Computer skills with 45 wpm+ typing (You will be tested)
• Excellent communication/organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrates exceptional problem solving
• Can work as a team or independently
• High School Diploma
