Customer Service Representative (CSR) opportunity in Carmel, Indiana with a health services company with career potential. The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer service to members who are seeking or utilizing health and fitness programs
LOOKING FOR 10+ CANDIDATES
Position: 3 to 6 month contract position with a possibility of converting
Location: Carmel, IN
Hourly Wage: $13.50/HR
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM- 6:00PM (will have 8 hour shifts)
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to display excellent customer service to meet and exceed the needs of both internal and external customers.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated accuracy in an environment with constant interruptions
• Typing speed must be 30 wpm+ with 98% accuracy (You will be tested).
• Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience; with at least 6 months inbound Customer Service Call Center experience
• Basic MS Office experience
• Typing 30wpm+ (You will be tested)
High School Diploma
