Title:  Customer Experience Representative
Position:  Direct Hire
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Hourly Wage:  $18.00/HR - $22.00/HR DOE
Hours:  Rotating hours between the staff inc. weekends; OT as needed

Responsibilities:
• Answer all inbound calls and e-mails during business hours
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients
• Assist sales by giving clients up to date information
• Track and report on all inbound buyer and seller contacts

Requirements:
• College graduate
• A year or more of customer service, sales, or inside sales experience
• Projects confidence but has the prudence to ask for help
• Excellent communication/organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google hangouts, Google docs/sheets
• Love to learn and build expertise and knowledge
• Can work as a team or independently
