Premierehire is currently seeking a full time Inside Sales Executive for a growing Carlsbad company. This person will ideally come from the Transportation/Freight Industry. Must be a self-starter, energetic and must have strong direct selling to clients (B2B). This individual will be responsible for converting leads into working opportunities.
• Achieve established sales goals, budgets and metrics while resolving customer service issues
• Prospect for new potential clients while developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Persuasively represent our clients products and services along with building value, rapport, and a sense of urgency during a sales process/presentation
• Have the ability to overcome prospective client objections
• Managed clients from multiple lead sources
• Must have a strong sales technique, tendencies and strategies especially over the phone
• Competent in MS Office products, and efficient in email and internet applications
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of three (3) years sales experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred, but not required)
Pay: $40K + Generous Commission
