A growing Carlsbad, CA company is seeking a dynamic customer service representative lead (CSR) with experience. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be professional. Training will be hands on as well as online learning about the company's well known, high-end home improvement products.
Hours: Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
Location: Carlsbad, CA
• Exceptional customer communication and problem resolution skills
• Strong background in Customer Service
• Accurate data entry
• Able to multi-task and thrive with interruptions & changing priorities
• Experience scheduling appointments preferably for a field based team preferred, but not required
This is a key role that receives all inbound California customer inquiries. In addition to the responsibility of scheduling the field sales team and installers for onsite client appointments and successfully negotiate times to match client needs with the team's availability, you would also handle supervisory/lead tasks. You will also ensure that the client is taken care of from inquiry to installation and be available to answer questions or resolve problems that arise.
